Can recommend for a weekend

Fine view, comfortable room, the beach right in front provided a perfect start to our day with easy access to fantastic local cafes nearby for breakfast and a relaxing Thalassotherapy pool that enhanced our stay even further.

Couldn't find a single fault without adding further information.

The staff we met were angry.

Hotel is wonderful, and clean, there's amazing pool and the location is wonderful in front of Atlantic sea. The rooms are beautiful and fabulous, with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and TV. Excellent service and the food is good. Moreover, guests can use parking on site.

A beach escape with a twist

Enjoyed the beach just steps away, with a fine view from our spacious balcony. The atmosphere nearby was energetic and added to our good evenings out. Staff were genuinely amiable and seemed eager to assist!

Had a bit of a hassle with spa access, as I wasn't aware of the need for swim caps and slippers at an extra charge. Also found the breakfast menu a bit overpriced compared to local options.

The spa access could definitely have clearer instructions regarding what is required!!! A complimentary welcome booklet in English would go a long way!!! The parking fees seem excessive considering the outdated amenities!!!

The parking fee at €25 per day felt excessive considering the overall quality of the facilities, which leaned towards outdated.

This was just a solid selection for a weekend jaunt in Hendaye with fantastic value for money. The staff were really nice and helped when my makeup bottle broke, offering a replacement from their beauty salon. Make sure to bring your own slippers for the spa since they charge for them.

Great beach access!

The room was cozy and clean, with a lovely balcony. The staff were chill, but the spa could use some TLC. Breakfast was available in-room, but we didn't see much info on ordering. If you're up for a dip, the beach is right there!

Amazing views from our room's huge balcony overlooking the pool and Hondarriba. The Thalassotherapy pool was a fantastic experience, though we could only enjoy it briefly due to an early taxi arranged by the reception. The atmosphere in nearby Hondarriba was lively and full of dining options, made for a great evening out. The breakfast prices were quite steep, and some amenities didn't meet the expected standard for a four-star hotel, such as the towels and shower fixtures.
